HelioMetrics practices a strong privacy policy and enforces it with any partners. This statement discloses the privacy practices for the HelioMetrics.net (and all sub domains) and HealthcarePatientPrivacy.com. When you visit a website that is part of the HelioMetrics network of sites, you can expect to be notified of: What personally identifiable information of yours is collected; What organization is collecting the information; How the information is used; With whom the information may be shared; What choices are available to you regarding collection, use and distribution of the information; What kind of security procedures are in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under the company’s control; and How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

HelioMetrics has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices at our HelioMetrics.net and network websites.

DEFINITIONS:

Partner: means any third party that processes Personal Information solely on behalf and under the instructions of HelioMetrics.

I. Personally-Identifiable Information (PII)

Personally-identifiable information collected with your consent may include, for example, name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, user id and password (if you have one), information that you may supply in connection with applying for an account with us, information about orders you place, any responses you choose to provide to survey questions, or any inquires you may make through our website. We do not share, sell, rent or trade PII with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Using your personal data

Personal data submitted on this website will be used for the purposes specified in this privacy policy or in relevant parts of the website. In addition to the uses identified elsewhere in this privacy policy, we may use your personal information to:

In accordance with COPPA, HelioMetrics does not, at any time, knowingly collect information from customers or channel partners of children under the age of 13, in addition we do not market our products to children under the age of 13.

II. Cookies

This website uses first and third party cookies (session and persistent), however personally identifiable information is not collected through the use of cookies, except as described in the “Personally Identifiable Website Activity Monitoring” section below. III. Personally Identifiable Website Activity Monitoring

In the case of visitors to our website, who either (i) submit inquiries to us via web forms or (ii) have been directed to our website after clicking on a link in marketing e-mail from us, we may use software to connect such information submitted to us (such as e-mail addresses and contact information) with the IP address and cookie on the computer that has submitted the information to us (see “Cookies” above for a further description of cookies).

IV. Non-personally identifiable information

This website utilizes the services of webtracking software.  When visitors view a page, a tracking operation retrieves data about the page request.  This information is then forwarded to tracking software server via a list of parameters attached to a single-pixel image GIF request, known as a web-beacon.  The data tracked includes page viewed, referring page and IP address. The data is then processes and forwarded to HelioMetrics.

HelioMetrics has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction. HelioMetrics cannot guarantee the security of Information on or transmitted via the Internet.

HelioMetrics will use personal information only in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was collected or subsequently authorized by the individual. HelioMetrics will take reasonable steps to ensure that personal information is relevant to its intended use, accurate, complete, and current.

ACCESS:  Upon request, HelioMetrics will grant individuals reasonable access to personal information that it holds about them. In addition, HelioMetrics will take reasonable steps to permit individuals to correct, amend, or delete information that is demonstrated to be inaccurate or incomplete.
