A former Fairfield police officer arrested for stealing pain medication from a local animal clinic has entered a plea agreement.
Ryan Mills, 31, pleaded guilty Friday to Second-Degree Burglary, a Class C Felony.
Mills was arrested in January 2019. According to online court records, Mills admitted to stealing prescription painkillers from the Veterinary Clinic on West Burlington Street.
He is scheduled to appear in a Jefferson County courtroom for his sentencing hearing Aug. 23, 2019.
