SALEM — A nurse who stole drugs from a Lincoln City hospital and other places he worked, including the state penitentiary, has been sentenced to 30 days in jail and must surrender his nursing license.
In a case that shocked state officials, Jason Hoffmann, 44, pled no contest in Marion County Circuit Court in January to two counts of tampering with drug records, a Class C felony.
