A Lower Saucon Township couple, on probation in a case that involved providing a teenager with intoxicants, face unrelated drug charges, Hellertown police report.
An investigation into fake prescriptions for 30 mg of Adderall being passed at the CVS Pharmacy at 1332 Main St. in Hellertown led borough officers to Lindsay J. Conard, 32, and Sean Robert Heiserman, 34, of the 1500 block of East Raders Lane, court papers say.
Adderall, a stimulant, is commonly used to treat ADD.
The prescriptions were in the name of Lindsay Boschon and appeared to have been written by a certified registered nurse practitioner at Lehigh Valley Health Network.

During the investigation, police learned the nurse practitioner hadn’t issued a prescription in the name Lindsay Boschon since 2013 and in 2015 changed office names and addresses, police said. Those changes weren’t reflected in the prescriptions passed at the pharmacy, police said. And the nurse practitioner told police she never wrote a prescription to Boschon for 30 mg of the drug, just 20 mg.
Heiserman, who was captured on video in the pharmacy, told officers that he’s married to Conard and she receives prescriptions in an envelop from the heath network, police said.
Authorities served a search warrant at the home Conard and Heiserman and found an HP printer, an HP notebook, five sheets of DocuGard security paper and numerous empty pill bottles in Boschon’s name for 30 mg of the drug, police said. The paper matched the phony prescriptions at the pharmacy, police said.
While the warrant was being served, Conard said, “If I admit that I have a prescription pill problem, will that make you go away?” police said.
A later search warrant was issued for the computer and executed by police and members of the Lehigh County Digital Forensics Laboratory, police said. It turned up a editable medical prescription template which matched the fraudulent scripts at the pharmacy, police said. They also found a blank incident reporting form from Lower Saucon police, court papers say.
Conard and Heiserman were arraigned Tuesday evening before District Judge Richard Yetter III, court papers say.
Hesierman was charged with identity theft, acquisition of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, use of fictitious registration, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unsworn falsification to authorities, court papers say.
Conard was charged with conspiracy to commit identify theft, conspiracy to acquire a controlled substance by misrepresentation, use of fictitious registration, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, court papers say.
Heiserman was held at Northampton County Prison in lieu of $60,000 bail. Conard was freed on 10 percent of $35,000 bail.
Their preliminary hearings are tentatively scheduled 9 a.m. Dec. 22 in District Judge Elizabeth Romig-Gainer’s court in Lower Saucon.
Each pleaded guilty Sept. 1 in Northampton County Court to a count of falsely incriminating another person and a charge of corruption of minors was withdrawn in a case that involved them getting a 16-year-old intoxicated on April 9, court papers and police said.
They initially told authorities that a 19-year-old gave the 16-year-old vaporized Xanax, but the investigation indicated Heiserman gave the teen four shots of vodka and Conard smoked marijuana with the juvenile, causing him to vomit and pass out, police said at the time.
Each was sentenced to 12 months of probation, court papers say.
