A medical resident at the Montreal Children’s Hospital has been arrested and faces two drug-related charges.
The man, 28, appeared in court Tuesday, where he was formally charged with theft and possession of narcotics.
The McGill University Health Centre confirmed the accused’s position as a medical resident at the hospital.
Montreal police said the drugs were seized from the hospital during the arrest.
The man will remain in custody until his bail hearing on April 27.
