MINOT, N.D. – Two former nurses charged in a drug diversion investigation last year in Ward County pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
Kim Kochel and April Beckler both face felony charges of endangering a vulnerable adult, drug diversion and theft of property.
Investigators say the diversion occurred between December of 2012 and September of 2014 and involved nurses from Trinity’s Home Health and Hospice program.
Kochel and Beckler will be back in court in August.
Prosecutors dropped charges against a third person charged in the case.
